Tom Fleure is an experienced seismic industry executive with over 40 years of expertise. He founded and currently leads Ambient Reservoir Monitoring Inc., along with serving as the Senior Vice President of Geophysics at Global Geophysical Services.

His career includes technical and managerial roles at Western Geophysical, Schlumberger, and Baker Hughes, and co-founding Global Geophysical Services Inc., where he spearheaded R&D in seismic software and instrumentation engineering. Tom's work spans seismic recording operations globally, focusing on oil, gas, geothermal, and carbon storage. A regular presenter at industry societies and a B.S. graduate in Geophysical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, he holds several seismic patents, showcasing his commitment to innovation in geophysics.
