3D Visualization
WGS employs Paradigm's 3D software for 3D volume interpretation. Using opacity controls, WGS geoscientists can render background amplitudes transparent, thus facilitating visual interpretation in a true 3D sense. WGS interpreters can quickly access interpreted reflectors and faults, as well as geophysical anomalies caused by stratigraphic changes like channels and amplitude anomalies. Rapid volume rotation to any angle and scale heightens understanding of the seismic volume and its interpretation. In addition, sophisticated well bore planning for deviated or horizontal wells can be accurately drawn.
